How to take
Daily Multi+: Adults and children over 12 years of age take two tablets daily.
Vit C: Adults over 18 years of age take one tablet daily. This tablet should be swallowed whole.
Vit D3: Adults and children over 12 years of age take one tablet daily.

Precaution: Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you are breastfeeding, pregnant, planning to become pregnant or taking any prescribed medicines. This product contains iron, which, if taken in excess, may be harmful to young children.
